Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential delivery executives through various channels including job fairs, community outreach, BTL marketing activities and networking events.

· Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.

· Target Achievement: Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or gig hiring roles (Preferred).

· Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.

· Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse candidates.

· Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing hiring needs.

· Education: Preferably graduate

· Language: English & Local language proficiency is a must.
