Job Description

A Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative is a skilled professional who builds customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities. FSR will identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth. FSR will develop sales strategies and attract new clients. She will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets and will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by acquiring more and more clients and in generating leads.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Generate lead through but not limited to Email Marketing / Calling / Cold Calling, etc)Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectivenessStrategize and execute Mid market / Large Cases Campaign Solely drive organizations product demos. Single handedly manage various sales process like POC arrangements, quotation and TCO preparations Coordination with OEMS and provide timely deal updatesEstablishing and maintaining positive business relationships with OEM and customersConduct seamless internal coordinationParticipate in order closing form processActively track and take charge in payment collection Make ways to add on product upgrade Ensure collating testimonials  Engage in event participations and related activitiesMaintain and provide weekly / monthly reports on market analysis and deal trackAttend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developmentsReport and provide feedback to management using financial statistical dataMaintain and expand client database within your assigned territory


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:


  • Proven sales experience 
  • Track record of over-achieving targets
  • Experience working with sales portal or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Graduate & Post Graduation/MBA added
