Your Mission: As a Sales Engineer – Retail Partnerships, you’ll be the face of Battermami/MasalaMami for local stores. Your role is to build strong relationships with small-format stores, cafés, and supermarkets, get them excited about our product range, and ensure they stay stocked up with our bestsellers!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new stores, local outlets, and cafes for Battermami’s fresh batters and MasalaMami’s spice blends
• Pitch and explain our product story, value, and why we stand out in a crowded market
• Coordinate smooth delivery schedules, manage stock levels, and ensure timely replenishments
• Provide feedback from stores on product performance and consumer feedback
• Track sales performance for each store, suggest upsell ideas, and ensure targets are met
• Be the go-to person for your assigned area—whether it’s a quick query or a full product pitch!

What You Bring: Prior experience in FMCG sales, food & beverage industry, or retail distribution

• Passion for food, quality, and storytelling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter attitude—you’ll be out in the field, making things happen
• Willingness to travel locally and own your area like it’s your kitchen
