About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through field visits and on-ground sales activities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
  • Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable product/service solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and deliver effective sales pitches.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery timelines, and client support.
  • Participate in on-ground promotional activities, events, and campaigns as required.



Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field challenges.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for most field roles).
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive approach to sales.



Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • PUC candidates with strong field sales experience will also be considered.
