Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Product Demonstration: Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and ROI.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage your entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closure using our CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to the management team.
- Negotiation & Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to secure new business, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, including calls, visits, and pipeline status in the company CRM.
