Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to promote and sell construction materials and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting contractors, builders, architects, and developers, and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales and client networking.
• Meet builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Promote construction products and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits and understand project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and project execution.
• Maintain sales records and submit periodic reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, building products, or related industry.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Any Graduate.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, interiors, or related industries.
