Job Description

  • Supervise landscaping teams and daily operations
  • Assign schedules, duties, and project timelines
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and irrigation systems
  • Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
  • Train staff on landscaping and safety procedures
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles regularly
  • Manage inventory of plants, fertilizers, and materials
  • Visit customer sites for inspections and requirements
  • Prepare and send quotations and landscape designs
  • Follow safety standards and company policies
  • Communicate project updates with clients
  • Prepare daily and weekly work reports
