Accounting: Strong in Accounting, min of 3 to5yrs in same.

Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Invoicing: Preparing and sending out invoices to customers for goods or services provided.

Payment Tracking: Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they are applied to the correct accounts.

Collections: Following up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, or letters to encourage timely payment.

Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling AR records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy.

Reporting: Generating reports on AR aging, cash flow, and outstanding debts for management review.

Customer Communication: Maintaining positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving disputes related to invoices.

Credit Management: Evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting appropriate credit limits.

Documentation: Keeping accurate records of all transactions and communications related to receivables.

Policy Enforcement: Implementing and adhering to company policies regarding credit and collections.

Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

Cost Control: Analyzing costs and implementing strategies to optimize expenditures and increase profitability
