Job Description

  • To attend to the walk-in customers (Architects, Interior & Exterior Designers, Corporates, Retail Customers)
  • To develop the product knowledge w.r.t. product categories/collections, code, price and installation
  • To understand the customer various requirements through channelized Sales FAQs
  • To persuade and guide the customer with the best suitable product with the help of large displays and miniature samples
  • To follow-up on sales leads of all sources ( walk-in leads, calls ) and update the lead management reports
  • To focus on Lead Conversion Ratio - qualified leads to potential to hot leads to sales order on CRM software
  • To negotiate & convince the customer and generate the quotation as per the sales policy
  • To work on the Target Driven Sales
  • To religiously work on the strategic Tentative Sales Projections (no. and values)
  • To religiously work on the strategic business closures
  • To arrange & assign the office assistant / site engineers to visit the client's site for measurements
  • To work on the estimation calculations based on the site measurements (in coordination with the site engineer)
  • To coordinate with the Installation team and the client for execution of the work
  • To coordinate with the warehouse team for stock checking and other vendors periodically based on the Sales Projection
  • To coordinate with the client and warehouse team to understand the lead time for the product delivery for sales order confirmation
  • To religiously follow-up on payment collection
  • To monitor the sales operations on CRM software with timely data input
  • To stay updated w.r.t. company's internal systems and processes and know-how of the techniques to improve the business
  • To ensure the successful execution of work based on the sales order


Stock related :-

  • To supervise the floor staff in receiving, storing and shipping goods
  • To identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, such as frequent downtimes, inefficient workflows or quality control issues
  • To track & manage the inventory levels and stock availability using software, inventory documentation and records to improve inventory control
  • To track and manage - outwarding and inwarding product samples from time to time
  • To ensure the product catalogues and miniature samples of the product collections are well organized and well maintained.
  • To stay updated of the industry, market trends, new product arrivals on the floor and stay competitive for all time business success

Generate Reports : -

To generate the sales report periodically for analytical study and improvisation w.r.t. business and customer service

Customer Service:

  • To complete the end-to-end sales order process and payment collection till the delivery time for quality customer service
  • To ensure Customer Satisfaction through improved customer service etiquette, faster query resolution and enhanced customer experience
  • To ensure Customer Google reviews & testimonials are generated
  • To acknowledge and tracking the customer concerns and resolving the issues and complaints promptly within the stipulated time.
  • To escalate the complex or unresolved complaints to the relevant authorities
  • To ensure the customer concerns are professionally addressed and resolved within the stipulated time
