Job Description
- Welcoming customers and identify their preferences.
- Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
- Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
- Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair.
- Performing scalp treatments.
- Timely confirmations & work reports to be given to Reporting manager.
- Retaining customers by maintaining customer loyalty & remembering their preferences.
- Maintaining personal hygiene & keeping work station (Salon) tidy.
- Building our/ your client base and converting business from new client to requests and making sure clients are aware of all other services available in the salon.
- Build your retail totals.
- Assisting the CP Studio & Academy team in and out of the salon, on shoots, seminars, academy, shows, whenever required.
- Be available to help at reception when needed.
- Assist seniors in stock control/ stock management.
