Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to oversee daily baking operations and ensure the consistent quality of our signature cakes, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily baking operations and production schedules
  • Execute recipes with precision, ensuring consistency across all batches
  • Train and guide junior bakers in proper techniques and quality standards
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and coordinate with procurement team
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations and equipment
  • Conduct quality checks on all finished products before dispatch
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional baking experience in premium bakeries or patisseries
  • Strong foundation in bread, cake, and pastry production techniques
  • Expertise in eggless baking formulations and methods
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and FSSAI regulations
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with European-style baking and artisan techniques
  • Familiarity with specialty dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free)
  • Ability to read and scale recipes accurately
