Head Machinery Operator - Blown Film Line machine (Multilayer and monolayer)

Job Summary:

Klene Paks limited is seeking a skilled Head Machinery Operator to join our team, specifically for our Blown Film Line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the PE Blown Film Line machinery, ensuring production efficiency, waste control, and quality output. They should be expert in the Film compositions and various grades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain PE Blown Film Line machinery.

• They should be able to modify the film composition based on available grade and for better costing.

• Able to help in research and development of new varieties 

• Creating the film composition based on customer requirements 

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Ensure quality control standards are met for all produced films.

• Manage and control waste to maintain a clean and efficient production environment.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate records of production and machinery performance.

• Gsm checking of starting samples.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in operating PE and blown film  

Job Location :L Maddur Plant near Mandya City- It is located in Banaglore and Mysore Express Highway
