📝 Job Description – Head TeacherWe are looking for passionate Head Teachers who can create a fun, safe, and enriching learning environment focusing on the cognitive, physical, social, personal, and emotional development of children. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, role model, and uphold the organizational values in all interactions with children, parents, staff, and vendors.

• 📌 Key Responsibilities✔ Curriculum DeliveryImplement planned lesson plans for children aged 2–6 years in collaboration with Center Director & Curriculum Team.
• Ensure achievement of learning outcomes for all children under care.
• Instruct learners as per curriculum and learning domains.
• Conduct formative & summative assessments and support assessment strategies.
• Identify developmental delays and follow inclusive practices in consultation with PLs/PCs/CD.
• Introduce innovative teaching methodologies for better learning outcomes.
• Share feedback on curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
• Maintain a well-organized, visually engaging classroom aligned with monthly themes.
• Foster a love for learning among early-year learners.
• ✔ Classroom & DocumentationMaintain all required reports and records for every child.
• Ensure effective resource utilization and reduce wastage.
