Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse with a GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification to provide high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting doctors with treatments and procedures.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in accordance with medical guidelines
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vitals accurately (BP, Pulse, etc.)
• Assist doctors during medical procedures, rounds, and emergency care
• Maintain patient records and update treatment charts regularly
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure proper patient care
• Educate patients and families about treatment and post-care instructions
• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols
• Ensure proper functioning and handling of medical equipment
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide first aid
• Required SkillsStrong clinical knowledge and nursing techniques
• Good communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies
• Proficiency in basic computer usage and documentation
• Compassionate, responsible, and detail-oriented personality
• QualificationsGNM or B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
• Must have a valid Nursing Registration Certificate
• Hospital experience of minimum 5 years
