Job Description
Kess Construction is a Pan-India interior fit-out specialist, focused exclusively on commercial and institutional interior projects in BRANCH Expansion — not civil construction and not residential work.
Our core expertise lies in building high-quality branch formats, especially:
- Banks & NBFCs (our primary and largest vertical)
- Healthcare, starting with dental clinics
- Additional commercial verticals planned over the next 5 years
As we expand, our vision is to build dedicated, high-performance teams for each vertical, enabling us to execute multiple branch rollouts simultaneously across India.
We are a fast-growing company with strong project acquisition capabilities — our sales pipeline is robust, and new branches keep getting added. What limits our growth today is not sales, but the speed and quality of hiring.
Every interior project has strict kickoff timelines.
Delays lead to penalties, damaged client trust, and operational bottlenecks.
Which is why we are now hiring a proactive HR Recruitment & Talent Development Manager who can match our pace, build strong teams quickly, and ensure our reputation remains uncompromised.
This is a high-responsibility, mission-critical role.
You will be responsible for building the workforce that makes our branch rollouts possible.
Without the right people, no project can succeed —
and you will be the one ensuring we bring in the best.
Role Overview
