HR Executive

The HR Executive will support the organization in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations:Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication between staff and management.
• Performance Management:Support the performance review process, helping to implement evaluation criteria and assist managers in providing feedback.
• Compliance:Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Training and Development:Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• HR Administration:Maintain HR databases and prepare reports related to employee statistics, recruitment, and turnover rates.
• Policy Development:Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience in HR or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
