Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the North American market through B2C & B2B sales

• Achieving exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and lead-gen efforts

• Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams.

• Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

• Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently

• Work very closely with teams such as leadership development, customer success, marketing, and product to achieve results

• Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency

• Strong adherence to the sales process and CRM usage

Preferred Qualities, Qualifications & Education:

• Over 6 months of international sales experience required with product-based companies

• 0.6 to 3 years Experience (Experience in EdTech companies is highly preferred)

• Excellent communication & convincing skills

• High energy level, fast-paced personality

• Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement

• Must be tech-savvy. Should have above-average computer and technical skills

• Experience in using Salesforce for managing the sales process is a great plus!

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from premium institutes desirable
