Job Description
The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing and developing the agency's insurance business by recruiting, training, and supervising insurance advisors/agents. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors/agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Monitor and improve the performance of agency teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
Ensure timely renewal and servicing of insurance policies.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Prepare sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
