**Job Description: Interior Sales Person**

**Position Overview:**

Crama Structures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Interior Sales Person who will be responsible for driving sales and managing end-to-end execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales Management:** 

 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sectors.

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

 - Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients.

- **Project Management:** 

 - Oversee the execution of interior projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

 - Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

 - Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

- **Client Engagement:** 

 - Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and provide updates on project status.

 - Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- **Market Research:** 

 - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

 - Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer preferences.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3 to 10 years of experience in interior sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of project management.

- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
