Salary & Benefits

For Freshers:

•  Take-Home Salary: ₹16,800 / month
•  Performance Incentives: ₹6,000 / month
•  Total CTC: ₹3 – 3.5 LPA

For Experienced Professionals:

•  Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹30,000 / month (attractive hike on last drawn salary)
•  Performance Incentives: ₹4,000 - 6,000 / month
•  Total CTC: ₹4.5 – 4.6 LPA
