Responsibilities:

1. Generate Sales: Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and social media to achieve sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

4. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospects. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products.

5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.

6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, keeping track of activities, sales targets, and achievements.

7. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to enhance products and services.

8. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring that the terms are favorable for both the customer and the company.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Jewellery/niche.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

5. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
