Job Description for Junior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Entry of purchase order, invoices, bills, payments, etc.
• Bank reconciliation, payment tracking, etc.
• Monthly GST, TDS, ESI, PF, etc. calculation.
• Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.
• Handling clients, tracking payments, handling vendors, tracking deliveries, etc.
• Handling petty cash records.
• Bank work like a check issuance, PDC tracking, BG processing, etc.
• Handling to day-to-day accounts.
• Preparation of monthly salary statements, attendance verification, etc.
• Finalization of accounts, general ledger tasks, statement of accounts, tracking payables and receivables, trails balance work, etc.

Structure and Reporting:

The Accounts executive will report to the Finance and Accounts Manager and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of internal teams.

Qualification:

• This role is an opportunity for fresher /with 1 year of accounting and finance experience, beginning in accounting and audit.
• The candidate will ideally have experience in finance and accounting for a well-established mid-large sized firm.
• A minimum qualification of B.Com.
• Solid experience coordinating audit activities, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll.
• Technology savvy with experience in and knowledge of accounting and reporting software.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data.
• Experience in working closely with the other departments within an organization.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to Organization’s mission.
