Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commi Chef/LineCook to join our fine dining restaurant in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the restaurant’s menu and chef's instructions.
• Maintain food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for consistent quality.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations and equipment at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize food preparation processes.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commi Chef, preferably in a fine dining setup.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Diploma or certification in culinary arts is a plus.
