Logistics Operations Executive

Monitor daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inbound & outbound processes.

Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes before material movement.

Track vehicle scheduling, route planning, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and drivers for on-time delivery and pickup.

Maintain stock accuracy by conducting weekly and monthly physical inventory audits.

Prepare and update reports like GRN (Goods Received Note), Delivery Challan, E-way bill (if applicable), stock reconciliation, etc.

Ensure proper storage of materials — FIFO / LIFO method and expiry control where applicable.

Monitor loading and unloading to avoid damage, shortage, or mismatch of goods.

Handle return goods (RTV) and damaged products with proper documentation.

Check material packing and labelling for correct customer and location before dispatch.

Maintain reorder levels and alert purchase team before stock shortage.

Improve warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient storage.

Implement safety standards — PPE usage, fire safety, and material handling.

Identify operational gaps and suggest improvement for cost reduction & faster processing.

Support management in month-end closing with accurate data and documents.
