Cafe Manager

Role Summary

Full‑time Cafe Manager to handle daily operations, staff, customer service and late‑evening closing for Brewz Coffee in BTM Layout.​

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day cafe operations: opening/closing, shift supervision and smooth service.​

Handle staff scheduling, attendance, basic HR discipline and on‑the‑job training.​

Ensure excellent customer service, handle feedback and resolve issues on the floor.

Manage billing, cash handling, daily sales closing and basic reporting.​

Coordinate with vendors for milk, coffee, food items and other supplies; track inventory and shortages.​

Maintain hygiene, FSSAI standards and cleanliness in bar, kitchen and seating area.​

Support on the floor during peak hours: taking orders, serving, basic beverage support.​

Requirements

2–4 years’ experience in cafe/restaurant/QSR/coffee shop as supervisor or manager.​

Comfortable managing a small team and working hands‑on.

Good communication with customers, calm under pressure, disciplined about time and cleanliness.​

Must be willing to work shifts between 10:30 am – 10:30 pm, including weekends and holidays (weekly off provided).

Preferably staying in/around BTM Layout / HSR / JP Nagar / Jayanagar for reliable commuting and late‑evening finish.​
