We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Voice Process Executives to join our team in Nagawara. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

- Resolve customer queries and concerns

- Provide product or service information to customers

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
