We are a leading coaching institute providing quality education to students. We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Administrator to join our team.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our coaching institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing student records, handling front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the institute.


Key Responsibilities:

1. *Administrative Support:*

  - Manage the front desk and reception area.

  - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and messages.

  - Provide administrative support to the Center Manager and faculty members.

2. *Student Records and Data Management:*

  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.

  - Manage student enrollment, attendance, and progress reports.

  - Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

3. *Operations and Logistics:*

  - Manage the inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.

  - Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

  - Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

4. *Communication and Customer Service:*

  - Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors.

  - Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly.

  - Communicate with students and parents through email, phone, and SMS.

5. *Accounts and Finance:*

  - Manage fee collections, receipts, and payments.

  - Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.

  - Assist with budgeting and financial planning.


Requirements:

1. *Education:*

  - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. *Experience:*

  - Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role.

3. *Skills:*

  - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

4. *Personal Qualities:*

  - Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  - Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
