Location: Bangalore (initial 1-3 months WFH, then office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage ICTA coffee auction operations and vendor communication.

2. Oversee coffee curing calculations and operations in Wayanad.

3. Handle field visits and vendor relations in Kushalnagar, Coorg, Mysore, and nearby regions.

4. Coordinate with vendors and manage the supply chain.

5. Supervise transportation and other operational aspects of coffee processing.

Field Work Benefits:

- Travel, food, and accommodation provided during field assignments only.

Job Terms:

- Work from Home: 1-3 months

- Office Location: Bangalore (post WFH period)

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Working Days: Salary based on 26 days/month

- Probation Period: 3-6 months

- Salary Hike: Up to 10% post-probation based on performance

- Minimum Commitment: 11 months (1 month salary deducted if leaving before)

- Promotion Opportunity: Based on performance, promotion possible to Head Office in Udaipur, Rajasthan
