We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end waste disposal process. This role requires strong coordination, relationship management, and communication skills to ensure efficient scrap disposal and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of waste/scrap disposal processes as per defined protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline scrap collection and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of scrap types, quantities, and disposal methods.
• Liaise with buyer partners for timely scrap pick-up and transaction closure.
• Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Interacting via various channels, such as emails, social media, direct calls and modifying leads, pitches in response to client demand.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions through the company’s services & portal.
