Operations & Accounts Executive
ABOUT US
Ravi Agencies is a stationery and office supplies company based in Bengaluru. We have been in business for 68 years. We sell products from 25+ brands — including our own brand CUBIC — on Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Blinkit, Zepto and other platforms. We have our own warehouse and we handle packing and shipping ourselves.
We are a small team that works closely together. Everyone here is trusted with real work, and we support each other to get things done.
WHAT IS THIS ROLE
We are looking for someone who wants to be at the heart of our daily operations. This person will look after accounts entries, billing, order tracking, data updates, and ecommerce work. We will train you on our tools and systems.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your work will cover five main areas. Over time, you will get comfortable with all of them.
1. Tally & Billing
• Enter incoming and outgoing stock entries in Tally every day
• Make sales bills correctly and on time
• Follow up with customers when payments are due
2. Excel & Data Work
• Update daily data on Excel
• Use VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP to find and match data across files
• Keep all records neat and up to date
3. Orders & Stock
• Keep track of stock coming in and going out of the warehouse
• Make sure orders are packed correctly and sent out on time
• Check Purchase Orders (POs) that come in on email and online portals
• Update order status on our internal system as things move
4. Ecommerce Packing & Labels
• Make sure the right stickers and labels are printed for each product
• Check that labels are stuck correctly before items are packed and sent
• Ensure packing is done as per each platform's requirements
5. Day-to-Day Communication
• Share updates with the team on how orders and tasks are moving
• If something is stuck or going wrong, bring it up early so we can fix it together
• Write simple, clear emails to record what was discussed or decided
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Skills
•
Basic English — can read, write
and speak simple sentences
•
Tally — we will train you if you
have not used it before
•
Excel — VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and
basic formulas
•
Can write simple, clear emails
•
Good with numbers — careful and
accurate in data entry
•
Can handle a few different tasks
on the same day
Knowledge
•
Basic understanding of how
billing and accounts work
•
Some idea of how online orders
and deliveries work — good to have, not a must
•
Knows what a Purchase Order is
•
Understands why correct labels
matter for online orders
WHO CAN APPLY
• Minimum: 12th Pass (any stream)
• Tally or Excel experience is a plus — but we will train you if needed
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic English is needed; knowing Kannada or Hindi is a plus

SALARY EXPECTATIONS
Monthly Stipend: 20K to 30K based on experience
