The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive personal training revenue.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Client Transformation & Training Excellence

• Conduct detailed fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations.
• Design customised, science-backed training programmes.
• Deliver high-impact one-on-one and group training sessions.
• Track measurable progress and drive visible client results.
• Modify plans based on performance, injuries, or health conditions.

🔹 Premium Member Experience

• Build long-term member relationships through motivation and accountability.
• Provide expert guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and recovery.
• Maintain Gold’s Gym/Cult training standards and floor discipline.
• Promote relevant fitness programmes and PT packages ethically and professionally.

🔹 Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safe usage of all gym equipment.
• Follow strict hygiene and operational protocols.
• Provide first aid/CPR support in emergencies.

What We’re Looking For

• 🏆 Minimum 3+ years of professional training experience
• 📜 Valid Certification: ACE / NASM / K11 / GGFI (Mandatory)
• 💬 Strong communication skills in English
• 💪 Passion for fitness with a transformation-driven mindset
• 🤝 Strong sales orientation and member engagement skills
