Job Title: Plant Incharge / Supervisor
Department: Plant Operations / Production
Job Summary:Responsible for handling day-to-day bottling/refilling plant operations, ensuring smooth production, safety compliance, quality standards, and manpower management.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise filling/refilling operations and achieve production targets
- Ensure safety standards, SOP compliance, and quality checks
- Monitor machines, maintenance, and equipment performance
- Manage operators, shift schedules, and productivity
- Coordinate dispatch, inventory, and daily reporting
- Requirements:Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in LPG/Bottling/Industrial Plant Operations
- Knowledge of plant safety, maintenance, and PESO guidelines
Key Skills:Production Operations, Team Handling, Safety Compliance, Quality Control, Machine Handling, Reporting, Problem Solving.
