Pre-Sales Executive (B2B)

About the role:
You will join as Pre Sales Executive in our Sales team. You play a crucial role in reaching out to potential or existing clients via telephone calls. You are responsible for promoting our digital payment products as services to businesses from various fields, conducting marketresearch, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilties:
1. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to cold and warm leads to generate new business opportunities.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products to potential merchants.
3. Business Information: Collect and record business information, such as legal names, commission, and payment details, KYC Documents accurately and efficiently.
4. Script Adherence: Follow a script or guidelines provided by the company or create unique scripts based on your pitch of the product to ensure a consistent and effective sales pitch.
5. Handle Objections: Address customer concerns or objections and provide information to overcome them.
6. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for follow-up by the sales team.
7. Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
8. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers for additional sales or to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
2. Multilingual: English and Hindi language proficiency is a must. Local languages are a plus point.
3. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
4. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
5. Listening Skills: Attentive listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
6. Sales Skills: Basic sales skills and a customer-focused approach.
7. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
8. Computer Literacy: Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
9. Ethical Conduct: Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance with regulations.
10. Persistence: Persistence in reaching out to potential customers and overcoming obstacles.
