Promoter

Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion: Demonstrate and explain products/offers to customers.

Customer Engagement: Interact politely with customers to create interest in the product.

Sampling/Trials: Offer product samples or trials (if applicable).

Lead Generation: Collect customer information for follow-ups (if required).

Sales Support: Encourage customers to purchase and support store sales teams.

Brand Representation: Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.

Display Management: Arrange promotional materials, banners, and product displays.

Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, footfall, and customer feedback.

Stock Checking: Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with supervisors.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and outgoing personality

Basic sales knowledge

Ability to convince and influence customers

Presentable appearance

Time management and discipline

Eligibility / Qualifications

Minimum 10th/12th pass (varies by company)

Prior experience in sales/promotion is an advantage

Freshers are also usually welcome

Work Environment

Retail stores (DMart, Reliance, etc.)

Malls and supermarkets

Public events, promotional booths

Flexible working hours, sometimes weekends

Salary & Benefits

Salary usually ranges from ₹15000/month
