Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with job portals, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (HR background preferred).
• Candidates with minimum 8 months up to 2 years of recruitment experience can apply.
