Retail Sales Executive

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, maintaining store displays, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products.

Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to store profitability.

Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.

2. Store Operations

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.

Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.

Conduct physical stock checks and prevent stock losses/shrinkage.

Process billing, payments, and returns according to company policies.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion

Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Participate in promotional activities, in-store events, and display setups.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Track sales, customer feedback, and inventory movement.

Prepare daily sales reports as required.

Communicate customer insights and market trends to management.

Qualifications
