Retail Sales Executive

About the Role We’re looking for a smart, energetic Retail Sales Executive who loves interacting with customers and can turn conversations into sales. If building great customer relationships comes naturally to you, this role is perfect.

Responsibilities

● Greet and engage customers visiting the store

● Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers

● Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

● Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and product displays

● Handle customer queries, feedback, and provide excellent service

● Ensure smooth billing and documentation

Requirements

● 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or sales

● Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi & Kannada

● Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills

● Positive attitude, good energy, and willingness to learn

● Ability to handle daily sales operations independently
