Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, energetic Sales Executive cum Marketing Executive who can manage in-store sales, architect/designer visits, and basic marketing tasks to grow our lighting business. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for interiors and lighting.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Store Sales & Customer Assistance ,Greet and assist walk-in customers and understand their lighting requirements.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features such as wattage, lumens, color temperature, dimming, warranty, installation requirements, etc.
• Suggest lighting solutions for homes, offices, and commercial spaces.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with leads until closure.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products (LED strips, accessories, automation, etc.).
• Maintain showroom display readiness and ensure all lights are functioning.

Product & Market Knowledge

• Learn and stay updated about lighting technologies: LED, COB, chandeliers, automation, smart lighting, strip lighting, etc.
• Understand competitor offerings and suggest improvements.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and closing ability
• Basic understanding of home interiors
• Comfortable with field visits
• Ability to create rapport and build trust
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM, Instagram familiarity)
• 1–5 years of experience in sales (lighting/interior/furniture/home décor preferred)
• Two-wheeler license for client visits
• 12th Pass or Graduate
