Sales and Marketing Executive

We are a growing startup in the whole spices industry, looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, building distributor networks, and promoting our brand in both retail and wholesale segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans for whole spices
• Identify new customers, retailers, and distributors
• Conduct field marketing visits and promote products
• Build strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Track market trends, competitor products, and pricing
• Achieve sales targets and support company growth
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG/spices marketing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel for marketing activities
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment
