Job Description
- Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Associate
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Industry: Real Estate (Residential
- Budget: Up to 6 LPA (Fixed)
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site showings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with leads, maintain CRM data, and provide timely updates.
- Negotiate deals and support the client through the entire sales process.
- Coordinate with the CRM and documentation teams for post-booking requirements.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Ability to understand property specifications and explain them to customers.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree (any stream).
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
