Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. As a Sales Consultant at KAIG Group, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing suitable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

1.    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2.    Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

3.    Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.

4.    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

5.    Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

6.    Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

7.    Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins.

8.    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.

9.    Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

10. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

11. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.

12. Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

13. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or issues promptly.

14. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour in all interactions.

 

 

 

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2.    Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar role for 1 to 2 years.

3.    Strong knowledge of the sales process and techniques.

4.    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5.    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

6.    Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

7.    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8.    Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

9.    Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

10. Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings as required.
