Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and field activities.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls; schedule property visits.
- Present and promote residential/commercial projects to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead nurturing and feedback.
- Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- Attend site visits and ensure an excellent customer experience during the property tour.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
