Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and field activities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls; schedule property visits.
  • Present and promote residential/commercial projects to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead nurturing and feedback.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and availability.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Attend site visits and ensure an excellent customer experience during the property tour.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
