Sales Growth Executive / Operations Executive / Trainer – Job Description

📍 Location:

  • Koramangala

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (+ Attractive Incentives)


🔹 Job Roles & Responsibilities


Sales Growth Executive;

  • Drive customer acquisition and promote store products/services
  • Conduct field visits and lead generation activities
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up on inquiries
  • Execute on-ground marketing campaigns (flyers, door-to-door, events)
  • Maintain daily sales tracking and reporting

Operations; Executive Oversee daily store/branch operations

  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, and workflow
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock replenishment
  • Monitor store performance and generate operational reports
  • Maintain quality and service standards
  • Coordinate with management for operational improvements

Trainer ; Train new staff on sales, customer service, and operational procedures

  • Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees
  • Prepare training materials, SOPs, and performance evaluation reports
  • Identify skill gaps and suggest training improvements
  • Ensure training quality and consistency across teams

🔹 Requirements (Common for All Roles):Qualification:

  • PUC / Degree (preferred depending on role)
  • Good communication skills (Kannada mandatory; English preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Training
  • Strong problem-solving, customer-handling, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
