What We’re Looking For:

Proven Cold Calling Expertise: You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in aggressive cold calling and lead generation.

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.


Your Role:

Client Engagement: Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.

Presenting Solutions: Confidently present Square Yards’ offerings to potential clients with professionalism.

Sales Targets: Close deals by negotiating terms and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term client relationships.

Market Awareness: Stay up to date with real estate trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹12 LPA (based on experience)
