Job Description

The Site Manager will be responsible for handling all customer visits at the project site, explaining project details such as location, pricing, floor plans and amenities, and ensuring a smooth and professional site experience for every client. The role includes welcoming walk-in customers, attending scheduled site visits from the telecalling team, clarifying customer doubts, coordinating with the sales team for closures, and maintaining proper records of daily visits and follow-ups. The Site Manager must also ensure that the site is always presentable, coordinate with builders or management for any updates, and work towards achieving monthly booking and conversion targets with excellent customer service and communication.
