Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to understand client requirements & provide suitable lighting solutions.

Attend and assist walk-in clients at the showroom.

Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales.

Coordinate and oversee installation activities at site.

Identify and resolve installation or product-related issues.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure closures and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution.

Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.

1–2 years of experience in lighting sales / electrical / interior-related field.

Good understanding of lighting products and applications.

Strong communication and client-handling skills.
