Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the capability to use modern sales tools and strategies effectively.
π Key Responsibilities
π 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, field visits, and online platforms.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and track interactions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Qualify leads and create a strong sales pipeline.
π 2. Sales & Client Engagement:
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
π 3. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and share insights with the management team.
π 4. Customer Support & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, support) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
