Job Description
Location: Singasandra, Bengaluru 560068
Experience: Minimum 1 Years experiance in B2C Or Inside sales require.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams of 15–30 members
- Develop and implement sales strategies, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Drive CRM optimization, lead management, and maintain accurate reporting
- Collaborate closely with HR, Training, and Marketing teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle escalations and work towards improving overall customer satisfaction
- Provide actionable insights, dashboards, and reports to leadership for decision-making
