Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader (minimum 15 FTE team management) with a background in outbound sales (BPO/NBFC/BFSI/Banking process). The role involves leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a sales team (15+ members).
- Handle products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance, credit cards, gold loans, etc.
- Achieve sales targets by monitoring and motivating the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure budgets, sales plans, and reporting are effectively managed.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in outbound sales, preferably in BFSI/BPO.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
