Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader (minimum 15 FTE team management) with a background in outbound sales (BPO/NBFC/BFSI/Banking process). The role involves leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a sales team (15+ members).
  • Handle products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance, credit cards, gold loans, etc.
  • Achieve sales targets by monitoring and motivating the team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure budgets, sales plans, and reporting are effectively managed.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in outbound sales, preferably in BFSI/BPO.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
