Job Description
Job Summary:
Looking for a sincere and professional assistant to support Pujya Sri Guruji in daily activities, official work, and documentation. Must be willing to visit banks and government offices for follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Guruji’s appointments and schedules
- Communicate via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Visit banks, offices, and vendors for document follow-ups
- Help in documentation, filing, and letter drafting
- Coordinate travel bookings and temple event planning
- Maintain files and records accurately
- Ensure professionalism and respect in all tasks
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Good communication in English (Kannada/Hindi preferred)
- Well organized and time management skills
- Honest, polite, and spiritually inclined
- Must be willing to travel locally when needed
